"Our friends suggested we go to Coziahr and we took their advice. SO happy we did! From the moment we stepped foot into the building we were treated like best friends. We had our children with us the entire time and even our children felt welcomed and loved! I’ve been to MANY Harley stores across the west and Midwest and not a single store treated us better than Coziahr. I cannot scream loud enough that this is where you want to go for your purchase. My boyfriend and I have been together 18 years. We were looking for something we could enjoy together and we both decided upgrading his Harley for both of us was the way to go. From the beginning Stan was our man! He met us the first day and everyday after he treated us like his friends! This experience was so enjoyable we know we made the right decision to ride together. Our next bike will be purchased here and I hope that Stan and Zach are there to help us again! Zach walked us through each step and I’m not sure he realizes how happy he made us both! "I purchased my bike Oct 2020 which was unplanned. This by far was the best sales experience ever. Zach was my salesman. I wasn't pressured to buy. During delivery of bike I was introduced to each department everyone was very friendly & took time to chat with me. Because of end of year purchase my first 1K service was done April 2021. Made my appointment with service advisor Nick . The day of my service I talked to Eric in parts about different handlebars. Eric took time to see how they would look on the bike. Adding more work that wasn't planned for my appointment Lynn said no problem we'll work it in.
Coziahr Harley Davidson has a GREAT team working for them. Living in Wisconsin I visit the store frequently not to far to take a ride."

"Coziahr is hands down the best dealership in Illinois period. I don’t care what Bill down the street says. He knows nothing!! I’ve bought three bikes from here and never disappointed. Sales has always been great. They know what they are talking about and go out of their way to insure you get exactly what you want. Eric and Dalton in parts will get you what you need and if you don’t know what you need they do! Tony and the crew in service are excellent. If you want that bike to Haul A$$ then take it to Coziahr HD they know how to squeeze power out of the tiniest budget (I spent the money you should too). I absolutely will not buy, trade, or allow any other dealership to service my bike. It goes to Coziahr or it doesn’t get done. I see these forums all the time talking about how Harley sucks and they ripped me off and they are stealerships. Well if that’s how you feel then roll on down to the mega metropolis of Forsyth Illinois and get the right experience with the right people at Coziahr HD. Tell em Big Ed sent ya. Because remember folks if god made anything better than a Harley Davidson he kept it for himself. Don’t buy those fake Indians. They’re a Polaris with a bad costume on trying to imitate an Indian. They will leave you stranded. So once again get on down to Coziahr HD and put your A$$ on some class!"

To be treated like you would treat people was refreashing it's not like that at other dealers my bike purchase was not very big but I was treated like it was a new bike Zach was great to work with and Murph in finance was easy to work with also, everyone that I spoke to was upbeat and actually took the time to interact with me and my wife. It's an hour away but it's not a nice ride down to do anything Harley Davidson!"
